Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@takerebound.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund, at our discretion.

Lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for refunds. 

 

If your order is unopened and still sealed, contact us within 14 days of delivery. If approved, you may return it for a refund. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
